+ stir-fry sweet purple cabbage=
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-1 head chopped purple cabbage
-1/2 tsp stevia
-2 tsp sea salt
…stir- fry on medium heat for 10 min, add 1/2 cup of water and stir-fry 10 more minutes
Kids had buffalo chicken sandwiches made of leftover, toasted sourdough. I try to throw in a healthy carb/ fruit in with our meals to balance theirs. Kids need more healthy carbs in their diets. I can easily show more pics/ examples of how we blend these meal plans if interested***, just comment below***.
